The Load Map
We start by reading how you organise yourself: where you find movement, where you find none, and where you have quietly been sending load instead. Most of that is decided in three key drivers. Too much movement in one and too little in another do the same damage, because both push load somewhere it was never built to take.

Superficial to deep
We start where the map points, with a tool made for one job: restoring fascial health and function until the layer glides freely again. Then massage through the muscles, stretches and mobilisations through the joints, and targeted spinal manipulation where it is needed. Together they create space, and an environment where load is shared more evenly. What that looks like is different every time, because no two bodies compensate the same way.
The plan, before you leave
You leave with a plan, written for you on the day rather than emailed a week later. A short set of movements chosen to fit what you already do, not a programme you will abandon by Thursday. This is where the rewiring starts, and over time it is what rebuilds capacity. The space we opened has to be used or the body takes it back.
The session is named for where it starts. Stage one happens on the table. Two and three happen in what you do afterwards, and in the months that follow.
In pain
Some people arrive in pain. They work through all three stages and stay until the body holds without help.
Staying ahead of it
The rest come every month and nothing is wrong. That is the point. They train, they travel, they sit through long days, and they would rather deal with what is building than what has already gone.
Before you come
Wear something loose and comfortable. Shorts are ideal, and for women a sports bra or vest works best. If you turn up in something else, do not worry, we will work around it.
